FableHaus.ai is a real estate technology company. We don’t sell homes; we build the software that helps the companies who do.
Our story
Real estate companies sit on more information than almost any other business: every listing, every disclosure, every sale in every market. Most of it is locked in free text, inconsistent feeds and spreadsheets. Agents spend hours reading listings that were never going to work for their clients.
We started FableHaus.ai to fix that at the data level. Our platform reads and normalizes listing data across markets, then builds tools on top of it: matching, valuations and analytics that brokerages and national real estate companies can put in front of every agent.
The name comes from two places. A fable is a short story with a point, which is what good data should become. Haus is a nod to the Bauhaus idea that good design is honest about how things work.
How we work
Show the evidence
Every valuation lists the sales it is built on. Every match says why it was made. If the software can’t show its working, it doesn’t make the claim.
Software reads, people decide
Models are good at reading thousands of listings and records quickly. Advising a client, judging a neighborhood and negotiating stay with the agent.
Data is the product
Most of the work is unglamorous: licensing feeds, mapping fields, monitoring pipelines so the numbers are right every morning. We treat that as the core of the business.
